Strong post. It hits a tension most leaders don’t name.

At this stage, the challenge isn’t learning more. It’s seeing clearly.

A lot of experienced leaders stay busy because the work still produces results. That makes it harder to question.

But results can hide drift for a long time.

Clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from stepping back long enough to see what your current pace is actually building.

That’s usually where the real adjustment starts.
