Ok —I saw a post about giving and getting recommendations and was going to start that — but there are no fields for that on my system so I can’t start recommending otheres
Dashboard an scroll down on the left hand side and look for “Recommendations” and you can see who’s recommending you and who you are recommending and also type in who you want to recommend!

Ok — that was yesterday—I just went in there and it now has outgoing recommendations under recommendations so maybe it is working now

Neither the incoming or outgoing field—it just has “add recommendations”

Go to your Dashboard and there’s a Recommendations section!
I did that multiple times. The fields for outgoing and incoming are not available
